The Equine Leadership Program (ELP) in Topanga, California, is a powerful alternative to equine therapy that guides clients through confidence & trust building exercises as well as transformative communication tactics with ELP's highly experienced horses.
Each session is tailored to the client's needs and involves learning to build leadership skills, manage burnout, and even discover deeper connections in life or business. Sabine and her horses take each client through a methodical yet intensely liberating process that centers around creating authentic horse-to-human connection.
During each session, clients meet their horse — and teacher — for the day. After walking through your individual goals with Sabine, you will be guided through a step-by-step process that involves body language tactics, breath work, and trust & confidence building techniques with the horses.
